At long last we’ve managed to get our grubby mitts on an Orange SPV E650. Now that we’ve got one, I wanted to test some things. Firstly, it is possible to change the colour theme and homescreen design out-of-the-box, and I’ve had no problems installing things, so I’m not sure where these issues have stemmed from.
I’ve also put the E650 next to my HTC S710 and you can see that the keyboard is a different colour – as is the navigation pad. These are great phones – In fact I loved the HTC S710 so much after reviewing it that I ended up getting one from the guys at devicewire.com! It costs £263.99 for the HTC version, but you’re not locked into a contract and the phone is SIM-free, unlike the Orange version.
