PhoneArena.com are reporting in this story that AsusTek, makers of the Vodafone VPA IV we saw just the other day, have just had another very similar model approved. Shown here at the FCC and clearly sporting the o2 logo it’ll be called the o2 XDA Graphite and has an additional face-pointing camera for 3G video calls – something missing from the Vodafone one.
The o2 XDA Graphite manual is also online and shows the handset in greater detail. Early rumours seem to indicate a launch in Asia, however the rest of us can look at the pictures until it hopefully appears in the shops.
It seems to us that HTC are gradually getting pushed out of the Smartphone #1 spot by their competitors. You can see more pictures of this handset below.
