We’re going to have to start paying Johnny De’Silva. He’s come through again with another exclusive – the Samsung SGH-i620, and it’s coming to Vodafone UK. The QWERTY device has a keyboard that neatly slides up behind the main screen and it’s now listed as coming soon on the Voda UK site. It’s the evolution of the existing Samsung SGH-i600 currently available.
Vodafone tell us that this will have 3G connectivity and 2 megapixel cam whilst there’s rumours of HSDPA/GPRS/EDGE tri-band connectivity with WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 (A2DP), a 320×240 screen, microSD card slot, video calling and dual cameras (2 megapixel at the rear and a VGA at the front). According to what we’ve heard this’ll be a true Smartphone too, running Windows Mobile 6 Standard … so no stylus in sight.
You can sign up to be notified when it’s starts hitting the high street, but we’ll have more news as we get it.
