Perhaps he’s got a little too much time on his hands. Perhaps he’s just a really big music fan. Either way, Bruce Willis, who featured in great films like “Die Hard” and utterly terrible ones like “Armageddon”, has apparently launched a legal battle against Apple.
I know ! A court case, featuring Apple! Who’d-a-thunk-it eh?
He’s spent quite a bit of his cash on buying music over the years, and is a bit peeved that he can’t pass on his music collection to his children, who are apparently called Scout, Tallulah and Rumer (I kid you not).
According to some complete tosh in a UK newspaper, he wants to put the tunes into a family trust so that his kids can enjoy Led Zeppelin after he dies. Trouble is, the licence agreement states that songs can’t be passed to others, and Apple can suspend accounts if it thinks that this has occurred. Bruce doesn’t like this, and he’s gonna kick some ass.
Perhaps he should just re-make Die Hard, instead run around the Apple offices shouting “Yippee-ki-yay, motherf*****” whilst shooting randomly and blowing stuff up. BOOM!

Even if its not true I think its an important point to note you ‘licence’ the music and cant pass it on…. Its things like this that need to change ( especially as quite often online is just as expensive ) other wise joe blogs will continue to pirate. Further more digital inheritance is some thing people have not thought about much ( although I have ) and although there are a few services out there on the whole the ‘net’ isnt able to cope easily with such a personal event…..
