Samsung Announce Galaxy Grand 2

Samsung have today announced the Galaxy Grand 2.

The new device is a follow up to the original Samsung Galaxy Grand and boasts a 5.25″ 1280×720 TFT display. 1.5GB RAM is accompanied by 8GB onboard storage with a microSD card slot. The Grand 2 launches with Android 4.3 Jellybean and has the usual mix of sensors and connectivity (GPS, Wi-Fi, HSPA+).

Pictures are taken care of by an 8MP rear camera and a 1.9MP front camera. There is the normal Samsung software onboard including ChatON, Samsung Hub, S Health, Group Play, S Travel, S Translator, Samsung Link and Story Album. The battery is a 2600mAh offering. All of this is powered by a Quad Core 1.2GHz processor.

There is no pricing or availability information as of yet however the device will come in White, and Black and Pink is already available in selected regions.
